ROUTINE INSPECTIONS

A brief report on the status of property that details any concerns about cleanliness and general state of repair; To a maximum of 4 times within a year.

 

These inspections are crucial to determine whether or not a property is being well maintained. If there are any cleaning issues or damages that require attention from the tenant, a re-inspection is then conducted to check if the issue has been rectified.
